The Vision Behind
Anahata
Anahata was created from a belief that wellness spaces should offer more than just movement — they should create opportunities to reconnect with yourself and with others.
The name Anahata, which references the “heart chakra” in Sanskrit, reflects the intention behind the studio: to create a space rooted in connection, presence, and community. After years of teaching yoga and hosting wellness events, the vision for Anahata began to take shape as a place where movement, restoration, and meaningful gatherings could live under one roof.
Through infrared yoga, sound healing, and intentional experiences, Anahata is designed to offer a space where people can slow down, reset, and reconnect — both with themselves and with those around them.
