Your questions, answered.

  • I’m new to yoga — where should I start?

You do not need to be experienced to attend classes at Anahata. Our classes are designed to be approachable, supportive, and welcoming to all levels. We encourage you to move at your own pace, rest when needed, and honor your body throughout your practice.

What should I bring to class?

Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and anything that helps you feel comfortable during class. For heated classes, we recommend bringing a towel as well. Props may be provided depending on the class format.

    What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in. For heated classes, lightweight and breathable clothing is recommended.

    How early should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before class, especially if it is your first visit. This gives you time to check in, settle into the space, and prepare for class without feeling rushed.

    Is parking available?

Yes. Parking is available in the lot. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to allow time for parking and getting settled before class begins.

    What if I’m running late?

To maintain a grounded and uninterrupted class experience, late entry may not be permitted once class has begun, particularly for heated or meditative classes. We recommend arriving early whenever possible.

    Are mats and props provided?
