Anahata Social Club 002: Sleepover Edition

More than a class. A chance to connect.

Anahata Social Club is our monthly gathering designed to bring our community together beyond the mat. Each Social Club pairs movement or wellness with a creative, social experience, giving you space to connect, try something new, and spend a little more time together.

Expect a different experience each month, from intention-setting and hands-on workshops to movement, conversation, and community.

Come for the experience. Stay for the connection.

Come cozy. 🤍 This month’s Anahata Social Club is inspired by the best kind of sleepover: comfy clothes, connection, and a little extra self-care. Join us for a restorative practice with sound, cozy eye masks, and time to unwind and connect with the Anahata community. PJs encouraged.

Duration

6:30 - 8:30 pm

Date

Friday, September 25th

Agenda

Grab your PJs and get cozy. This month’s Anahata Social Club is all about slowing down, unwinding, and spending an evening together.

Arrive + Get Cozy | 15 min
Come in your PJs or comfiest clothes, settle in, grab a refreshment, and connect with the Anahata community before we begin.

Restore + Sound | 45 min
Sink into a deeply restorative practice with gentle movement, supported postures, and plenty of stillness, followed by an extended sound bath. Cozy eye masks will be provided to use during your practice and take home with you.

A Little Self-Care | 15–20 min
Because no sleepover is complete without a little self-care. Enjoy a special wellness experience designed to leave you feeling refreshed and cared for.

Snacks + Social | 30 min
Stay awhile after practice for snacks, drinks, conversation, and time to connect. No agenda, no rushing out the door. Just a cozy evening with your Anahata community.

  • "I’ve been going to Analisia for over a year, she’s a great instructor! Any of her classes are perfect for beginner to expert. The spots she holds her classes at always have a great atmosphere. If you’re starting yoga she’s a great instructor to start with!"

    - Katie L

  • "Analisia’s classes are so relaxing and welcoming. She’s a great instructor and a very kind person too! I really love when she uses a microphone so even those in the far back of the class can hear. Her classes are challenging but you never feel pressured to do anything that’s too difficult."

    - Taylor H

  • "Analisia is a wonderful and talented yoga teacher. I always enjoy her classes and the energy she creates for them. Her full moon yoga classes with sound bath are really beautiful. I actually felt something during a sound bath for once!"
