Who We Are
A modern wellness studio rooted in movement, restoration, and meaningful connection.
The word Anahata comes from Sanskrit and translates to “heart.” In yoga philosophy, the heart center represents connection, compassion, and the space where we return to ourselves and to one another.
The name reflects the intention behind this studio — to create a place where movement, healing, and community come together in a way that feels supportive, grounding, and genuine.
Anahata was created to be more than a place to practice yoga. It is a space designed for people to reconnect with themselves and build meaningful connections with others.
Our StoryAnahata grew from years of teaching yoga, hosting wellness events, and witnessing the power of intentional spaces that bring people together.
Through Yoga by Analisia, what began as small gatherings and community classes evolved into something much bigger — a vision for a dedicated space where people could experience not only movement, but restoration and connection as part of their everyday lives.
Over time, it became clear that the community being built deserved a place to call home. Anahata was born from that vision: a studio designed to support people in slowing down, reconnecting with themselves, and sharing meaningful experiences with others.
Our Philosophy
At Anahata, yoga is approached as a practice that extends beyond the physical postures. While movement can strengthen and support the body, the roots of yoga are grounded in a philosophy that encourages awareness, balance, and a deeper connection to ourselves and the world around us.
The name Anahata, which means “heart” in Sanskrit, reflects one of the guiding ideas behind the studio. In yogic philosophy, the heart center — often referred to as the heart chakra — is associated with compassion, openness, and the ability to cultivate meaningful connection.
These principles influence the way classes and experiences are offered at Anahata. Practices are designed to support not only physical well-being, but also moments of reflection, restoration, and presence. Whether through yoga, sound healing, or shared community experiences, the intention is to create a space that encourages people to slow down, reconnect, and approach their practice with a sense of curiosity and care.
